I went on slugger.com to look for a bat , and it was kind of frustrating . Almost every size or color I was interested in was out of stock . The site gets you excited for a second , then you click on it and it’s unavailable . I checked again a few days later and nothing had really changed . Annoying when the product is shown like you can buy it , but you actually can’t

I ordered a custom bat and overall it was mostly what I asked for. The name was spelled right, which I was happy about, but the color just didn’t hit the way I expected from the preview. It wasn’t totally wrong, but it definitely gave me a different feeling when I opened it.

Shipping was fine and nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. I just had this stronger feeling that the customization would look more like what I pictured. Not terrible, not amazing, so 3 stars feels about right.

My order arrived when it was supposed to, and everything went smoothly with no problems. Did anyone else have the same experience?

I ordered a bat from slugger.com, and at first the grip seemed solid. It had decent cushion and didn’t really slip much when my hands were dry, so I thought I was good to go.

After a few games, though, it started feeling rougher and less comfortable than I expected. it’s annoying because now I feel like I wasted time and energy breaking it in just to probably rewrap it soon. It’s not terrible, but it’s average.

I was disappointed with this bat. It cracked way sooner than I expected, and I wasn’t even using it for anything crazy. Maybe it would be fine for very light use or just messing around occasionally, but for actual practice or regular play, the quality just doesn’t seem good enough.

Tried to place an order, but the site was annoying to use. The checkout nonsense kept freezing on me, so I had to keep backing out and trying again

I bought this bat from Louisville Slugger and was disappointed with how quickly it went downhill. My kid used it for just a few practices, maybe a small handful of cage sessions and regular team drills, and it already started showing cracks. It also had that dull, dead feel when the ball came off it, which was surprising because my kid isn’t exactly crushing home runs every swing. For what it costs, I really expected it to hold up better. I also tried contacting them about it, but the response wasn’t very helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t buy this one again.

I ordered from Louisville Slugger because I’ve always liked the brand, and to be fair, the bat itself is solid. No real complaints about the quality or how it feels. But once shipping and taxes got added, the final price was a lot higher than I expected, and it made the purchase feel harder to justify.

I reached out just to ask if there was any price match or promo I missed, and support basically said something like, “prices can vary by retailer and we don’t always match outside deals.” They were polite, but I later saw similar bats cheaper elsewhere, which was frustrating. I can’t say if every shipment is packed the same way, but mine looked clean, secure, and well handled. Overall, I was happy with how it arrived.
